Is there some setting within the Start 11 - Windows 11 Style that will keep Pinned items alphabetized? So that, whenever they are added, or removed, they automatically place themselves in alphabetical order?

Unless I missed it too, I believe, there is no such features in Start11 Windows 11 style.

Whilst there is no automatic option, you can make the Win11 menu sort A-Z the current shortcuts by right clicking on the group title and picking the resort A-Z option.
