I have noticed that when Windowblinds 11 and Start 11 are enabled the taskbar does not seem to skin right, the icons on the right of the taskbar do not seem to be skinned correctly.
If you are talking about the white network and audio icons, they are forced by Windows 11, they are not changed with Stardock software.
