Start 11 v 1.31
When the taskbar icons are centered and the start button is on the left the labels for the taskbar program icons are shown on the left as though the program icons were aligned on the left with the start button.
If the Start Button is centre aligned then the program labels show above the icons..
Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Fist screenshot shows program icon text description aligned to the left
Second screenshot shows Program thumbnail left aligned.

Just another small point I have Show Seconds on Clock switched on but that does not work either!!
