Set taskbar size to medium. The icons that wrap to the second line do not respond to hover (no name pops up), left-click (no response), nor right-click (no pop-up menu). Wrapping up the icons to one line by selecting small size (my preference) shows the same results ONLY to the icons that wrap up from the second line, the ones that were already on the first line work as usual.
