Just a quick note. If you're trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and it is failing at 35% or perhaps somewhere else along the line, it may be due to incompatible software. You may not get any indications of it being a software issue nor which one. However Start10 is one that may prevent a Windows 11 upgrade from finishing, even if you're not using it. The fact that it is installed on your computer will cause the upgrade to fail. There are a few known ones.
After removing Start10 completely (including manually deleting the installation folder that was left behind by the uninstaller), I am now happily at Windows 11 22H2.
Just want to pass this on if it might help someone else avoid the same pitfalls.
