I just upgraded to Win11 from Win10 where I already had Start11 installed and running. Upon first boot I noticed my taskbar buttons were centered. I immediately launched Start11 to check my settings there. There, under "Taskbar" I noticed it read 'something else is controlling this right now and this will not be available until that is disabled'. So, I opened Taskbar Settings and made one change there, from Centered to Left Aligned. That solved that issue.
I then clicked the Start button to see if everything else was still working properly and that's when I noticed my Start Menu popping up at a point where it appears that the bottom edge is right at the midway point of my monitor, rather than just above the Taskbar as expected. I haven't yet restarted my machine, which I will be doing as soon as I am done here. Once I do, whether that "fixes" it or not, I will come back and post an update to let y'all know one way or the other.
I am running the most recent version of Windows 11, 21H2 I believe and Start11 v1.2 final.
TIA for any help y'all might offer before I get back.
UPDATE: Restarting appears to have solved the problem.
