Control panel fly-out missing in Start 11

After upgrading from W10 with Classic Start to W11 with Start11 I miss the fly-out of control panel items that happened with Classic Start when hovering mouse over Control Panel, is there a configuration that shows this, or can it be added in future upgrades?
