Chinese characters in the software's name should also be translated and listed by Pinyin(the pronunciation of the character), and get shown along with English characters.

Here's an example:

I have an app called "腾讯会议"(Tencent meeting, Pinyin: TengXunHuiYi)

It should be sorted by the letter "T", instead of having an individual sort result by the character.

Chinese characters use a system called "Hanyu Pinyin Scheme" (also known as The Principles of the Romanization of Modern Chinese Putonghua) to express pronunciation. In this way, each Chinese character can be transcribed into a spelling based on modern English letters. In the alphabetically sorted list, its position is naturally sorted according to its English letters.

For example, the Chinese "地图" (Map，the highlight item of this screenshot) is transliterated as "Di tu", so it should be in the D letter.

"电影和电视" （the item beneath the map）is transliterated as "Dian ying he dian shi", because its first syllable is "dian", so it follows the first syllable of "di".

Generally speaking, Windows displays English items in the same letter first, and then displays Chinese items. The two sorts are independent.
