it is 2021 now, time to say goodbye to x32
The menu in Start11 is 64 bit. Only the startup service and the config UI remain 32 bit as neither have any possible gain from being 64 bit but would require us to ship a larger installer as Windows 10 still ships with a 32 bit version.
