I did not see those familiar Windows 10 options in Start 10 so I decided to uninstall it.
Is there a way to enable those?

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. There is an option to turn on "Show Win+X menu when right clicking the start button at the bottom of the screen". Refer screenshot below.
