Why not make Flunet Design start menu for Start11? This is cool and would be better to be customizable, I see it could fit with Windows 11 UI instead of currently one (Built-in system Start Menu).This a concept for Start11 for Windows 11 but not my concept, I found this from Softpidia.

This is a great concept - it looks like a modernized version of the original windows 10 start menu (before the 2016-update ruined it and displayed the all apps list by default).
I edited the existing start10 menu a bit, it doesn't look perfect but definitely better than the stock menu (in my opinion):
