I have a screenshot I can show you if it helps, but at the start of a sandbox game, Arceans are extremely OP. By turn 4, the production on their home planet is 75.2, research is 57.5, income is 22.1. Population is normal at 3.4.
In the previous game, I only noticed this partly into it, and all five of their planets were similarly buffed.
