Feature: Start 10 custom application lists.
Unfortunately, Windows 10 is very finicky with file indexing, particularly when bitlocker is involved.
A feature that would be very useful would be to allow Start 10 to have it's own list of programs to populate the start menu. This would be giving it a list of path's (and perhaps exclusions) and extensions and allow for Start 10 to do it's own indexing for programs.
As it stands now, many of my apps don't show up in my start menu, as they are installed in locations other than "program files" or on drives that have bitlocker enabled on boot. This is true for program link's in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" as well. The net of this is that start 10 isn't very useful to find and launch programs at all, which is the #1 thing that I want it to do quickly.
