I noticed that my CursorFX product had an update available. I went to download it, and it told me to uninstall the current version. After doing so, I then installed the CursorFX update. It then took me to a page to retype my email address and product key. I went to my file at home and found the purchase receipt with the information. I typed it in and it replied as incorrect. So, I then went to my account on Stardock and copy/paste my product key (same one as I typed in), and sent it in, it again replied incorrect.

Ok, so what do I do now? I am using the correct email address of mine and the correct product key, but it keeps replying as incorrect or not found information.
