Here's the issue: I renewed my WC Subscription on August 4, 2019. I have the electronic receipt. The problem is that in "My Downloads" it is listed as expired.
In the email from Stardock there is a link to Stardock sales in case there issues. Yeah, there are issues. The problem with the link is that a few minutes after I sent an email describing the problem I got a "canned email" back from Stardock which didn't solve anything. In that email it says to post in the forum about the issue. So now I am taking the time to post in the forum. I already took the time to send an email.
Why do I have to do all this work to get what I paid for? Come on Stardock get it together and take care of the people who buy your product.
Can someone in sales please fix this problem?
