I have two monitors with a couple of fences in the primary monitor. The new created icons and file, e.g. pdf file, word files and program shortcuts always go to the second monitor. The issue went away once I uninstalled the Stardock Fence 3.0.9.11. This is obviously a software bug. I hope that it could be fixed ASAP.

Why dose the fence software cause this problem? The idea way should be to optimize your fence instead of looking for other workarounds and ask customers to try this and try that.
