They're not coming up there, no. I'm not 100% clear on whether they should. For example, i've also installed Spotify from the Windows app store. Same as this, it's just a wrapper around a desktop application rather than a genuine UWP. I don't think Spotify appears in that list either, but I'm not home to check 
I decided to give it a try because frustratingly, the Office Home installer Microsoft uses (i.e. when you log into office.com and download from there) installs absolutely every single bit of Office 2016 to the C drive with no option to choose individual components.
I don't want things like Access or Publisher, so this seemed like a decent way to cut down on disk space used.
