Is there any way to remove an app from that section in the Start Menu?

Specifically, I want to remove the "Windows Defender Security Center", due to it being too long of a name and since I don't use it.

If I remove it from the menu version of Universal Applications, then it just creates a new shortcut (though setting it to "Hidden" works), but I can't get rid of it from the Start Menu's folder for it. Unlike every other app, I cannot right-click this one, so can't even open its properties.
