Icon Packeger

have to buy again even if i bought it?

i bought Icon Packeger before win 10 came out and it wouldnt work with 10 when i upgraded

Now i see that it supports win10 now but i have to buy it again just to get it to work with 10 even though i bought it.

i want to use this but im not paying for something i already bought.

Unfortunately development costs money and the upgrade to IP10 was a considerable amount of work.

Because of this we have to charge for the upgrade but as Island Dog has noted you may be entitled to a discounted upgrade to IP10 if you have purchased an older version.  You are of course welcome to continue to use the version you purchased on the OSes it supports (Use on Windows 10 of older versions WILL cause issues), but otherwise you would need to upgrade to IP10 to use IconPackager on Windows 10.
