Since a week or two I'm not able to run the Dev.exe and use the Developer commands. I can run the normal version of the game though. When i launch the Dev version of the game I get the error message "Failed to Initialize Steam.", with options to "Skip", "Skip All" or "Break" (tried all of them nothing works). Meanwhile Steam is running and I can run any other games normally. I think it happened after Steam updated itself.

I tryed to "verify integrity of game cache" few times and also deleted and reinstalled the game. It didn't work.

Any idea what is the cause of this error and how can I fix it?
