It crashes just before staring a new game - both singleplayer and multiplayer. I've upgraded from w7 x64 to w10. On w7 it worked perfectly.
Core i7-4720 - 16GB - Geforce GTX 950 - 128GB SSD + 1TB
Go here (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion) and find the Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion.exe and create a shortcut to the desktop from it. From the shortcut on your desktop right click it and run as an administrator. That did the trick for me. Otherwise the game would always minidump before it could load into a game.
