If for personal use, you can activate 1 license up to 5 times.
If for business use, you can activate 1 license up to 1 time.
This is perhaps a gray area. It's my personal laptop, but I'm using it as my workstation while doing consulting work.
I'll get a new OD license under the e-mail address for the laptop.
