I made a ticket Ticket ID: HIE-782-59005
With some more playing I have found that is was my custom race that was doing it.
I took it and edited it to have some more race traits using a mod
then I removed them and tried to start a game that CTD when hitting "Done".
By deleting the race then subscribing to my race I was able to start a game.
It makes me think that when I deleted the new race traits they were not all the way gone causing the mod to have a fit..
