Hello, I have been using a 5.1 setup with my PC for gaming for a while now so I was excited to see these sound options in game, however the options seem to do nothing and the game will always output 2.0 PCM no matter what.  Other programs are working fine with DD, DTS, and straight up 5.1 PCM at the same time that Gal Civ 3 is not.  I have tried this game's audio over HDMI and S/PDIF (to try Dolby Digital), always 2.0 PCM on both regardless of in-game settings.  I appreciate any help anyone can give, thanks!
