Disconnected from Ironclad Online

Hi

 

Dumdeedum here a bit nonplussed I am getting Disconnected from Ironclad Online message have done cache uninstalled and reinstalled and still no help I have been on to Stardock help and as od yet still waiting for help that works. Any help with this greatly appreciated.

I have already have a ticket done things asked no luck so far, sins was working then just stopped.
