I have had to change monitors from a 22' monitor to an old 19" Dell monitor.  When I launch the game I am only seeing the left side of the start screen, the start menu on the right is not accessible.  I imagine that if I can get to the options menu I can change the settings however I cannot get to that area.  I have attempted to troubleshoot this by changing the screen resolution but that had no effect on the game. 

Is there a shortcut to the options menu from the main start up screen?  I know I am missing something so any help would be appreciated.
