Could anyone explain why the Altarians, after having declared war on me (I am playing Yor), voted for me for UP Chair? Is this a bug?
It`s general problem of diplomatic AI, that doing one things on foreigh policy, and next tur can do strong opposit things in UP. Hope such behaviour will be fixed soon, and AI diplomats ill not be such an idiots.
