Here's another lovely one that cost us a lot of time and a very nice starting map last night:

If you're trying to use the Intuitive racial in multiplayer, at least on a custom race (didn't try Thalans but I'm sure it'd be the same), it does absolutely NOTHING unless you're the person that hosted / made the game with the "New Game" button.

I'm assuming this is because it only checks for giving out free techs when a new game very first starts, and only the host has their turn active at that time. Sigh.
