Iconian Tech Tree (Custom Race), where use of Fabricatours and Replicatours are bugged. Once Replicatours are researched and built on a colony I am able to build as many as I want. I am not sure as of yet if they can be upgraded all to Replicatours but I have so far been able to build 3 on my Home Planet.

As well I believe there is a bug with the Benevolent Ideology where the 10% Research from Starbases is not properly added to planets. I have not done the calculations but unless the 10% was changed and doesn't have a proper name to the percentage and the description was not altered, as is the case with many other Ideology advancements.
