I have read a couple of the posts regarding this issue, i downloaded the support program, it generated a zip file (just not sure what to do with it.)

My problem is the same as the others i've read - late game hanging on wait between turns.

However, If it helps, i also have the save game file (under 4mb) the save is from the turn just before it happens.

I've re-launched the game several times with this save and tried different in game things to see if something i've set up in game is causing the issue, but regardless of what i do, it continues to hang on wait after that turn.

I'd be willing to send this save game file in if it'll help and also, where or what am I doing with the zip file?
