Percent Votes incorrect

So I just had an united Planets Vote.

Drengin Empire 12% votes. 12% total Yes vs.. 0% total No 12% counted

Krynn Syndicate 23% votes. 35% total Yes vs.. 0% total No 35% counted

Iridium Corporation 9% votes. 35% total Yes vs. 9% total No 44% counted

Yor Singularity 2% votes 37% total Yes vs. 9% total No 46% counted

Terran Alliance 12% votes 49% total Yes vs. 9% total No 58% counted

Leaving me which doesn't show my percent vote, however, based on that 58% have voted I should have 42% of the vote. This would put the Yes vote to 51% winning versus 49% correct? No, I lost the Final vote went to No. So how are these figures rounded?

Another problem is that they don't show the player's votes at all on this screen, neither the number of votes the player has or how the player's votes were tallied.

another problem could be simple rounding

lets assume that each of the no voting races actually had X.4 votes which rounded down to X on the display

=50.6 votes for no which would leave 49.4 votes yes

I've thought of that possibility, however this may be simply fixed by letting a player see what percent they have. Or by displaying percents to the tenth of a percent. I've seen similar issues in a multiplayer game too which has maximum of 4 players (AI or Human) right now so there could be a maximum 1.2% varriant.
