After building my first Colony Ship as Iridium, the normal population dialog popped up.  I chose to cancel, assuming it would remain in the Shipyard after being built. However, upon ending my turn, the dialog popped up again, and this time no matter what value I chose, or whether I hit cancel, the dialog would keep popping up, making it impossible to do anything else.  I could not access the menu to save the game either so I cannot contribute a save file, and it seemed that the screenshot functionality did not work either.  The Shipyard in question had two sponsors, Iridia and Vallus.
