The star highlighted in this screen shot doesn't show up on the map even though I've already discovered it.

As requested, I ran the support tool, opened a ticket, and attached the zip file to it.
As mentioned, this is a reported problem with loading saved games. We appreciate your information in getting closer to a resolve.
I've verified that this problem is fixed by the .41 opt-in beta patch.
