That game is still alive ? There are players which they play multiplayer or i will play with AI ?
There is a single-player option with AIs if you cannot find any others to play with.

The site links appear to work fine here, you'd need to be more specific about where you're encountering that.
If i want to buy it i must buy it from the steam ?
The game itself doesn't require Steam (nor do you have to buy it directly from Steam), but neither we nor GameStop sell it any other way than as Steam keys any longer. So unless you were to find and purchase a retail copy, you would need to at least use Steam to download it.
