When it comes to monsters with the attribute "Large" I can understand that they are impressively sized, even on the strategic map.
As we can see here on the strat map, both the Garrote and the Cave Bears are bigger than a usual monster (they both have the attribute "Large")
But then, if I enter the tactical / combat mode, the poor beast is more akin to a snow monkey than a terrific monster ...
