So I just realized during my custom Amarian faction run that their racial ability does nothing.
From the screenshot you can tell that I got shards that should give various boni, although none of them work.
edit: I'm an idiot.
Do they have the bonuses in combat?
I think you can see the effects only during combat, in a spell that gets automatically casted and it's called "Noble legacy"
