So obviously that old issue that the AI builds on unallowed squares still stands. In my current game one of the AI empires built a city right on top of a fire shard.
I did one time an AI build a city on top of an outpost as of Brad's 1.29 build as well.
YOU HEAR THAT, BRAD! That should be fixed for 1.3.
Or is that just one of the advantages the AI gets on higher difficulty levels?
