I recently purchased Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition which must be activated using Steam. I have done that but when launching the game it requires me to register with Stardock which is strange to begin with since it is part of "my downloads" on my Stardock account with the serial number.....however every time I input the number it claims it is invalid. 

I have emailed support but have received no response other than the first "we received your ticket we'll get back to you" auto-response and this was on Jan 27, 5 business days without a response is a ridiculous time without receiving any kind of response.
