Thanks for your help guys but I found the theme in a Ukrainian site it's a huge theme around 132MB!!! Google is my friend indeed.
I believe you are going to have to go to HP to get that. I don't ever remember seeing that theme available on the site here. Stardock may have built the theme but they no doubt did it for HP so they could distribute it.
