Start8 has a nice feature when you can hold down Ctrl key when clicking the Start button to get the Metro Start screen (or the other way around if you've changed the relevant setting).
However, the Ctrl key does not work with the Windows key. Ctrl+Windows does nothing.
For consistency and convenience, Ctrl+Windows should reverse the Windows key action just like Ctrl+Start reverses the Start button action.
