Title basically says it all: when you get a unit from a camp (Knights of Asok, Dragon, etc, I guess ogres, darklings on the empire side) you should get a notification like you do when a unit is built.

Samething when an outpost upgrade have been built. The city goes idle without a notification on the screen right side.
