I like the ability to dispel city enchantments from the detail GUI, but I probably shouldn't be able to do it to the AI players cities... It didn't cost me mana, so I wasn't casting dispel, just canceling it.
Not that it mattered - I was up over 500 mana again, and this was Kraxis' only city 
(I'm having a little too much fun with this I think)
