Is it intentional, that you are able to move units on strategic map at the very beginning of a new turn BEFORE monsters move?
I had a pioneer trying to pass a roaming monster. I moved the pioneer to a tile next to the monster and clicked "next turn". On the new turn I moved him as fast as I could and he moved to the next tile while simultanously the monster moved to the tile where the pioneer had been.
So I was able to bypass a monster which I couldn't, given a 1:1 movement order.
