I have a group that is part cavalry and part foot soldiers. If I remove the foot soldiers from the group, the cavalry are still restricted to the 2 movement for that turn, even though no one had moved yet.
It should be that once you remove the foot soldiers, the cavalry are free to do their entire movement because no time has been spent moving yet.
