Not sure if it's WAI or if it's a bug.  The Dragon Quests; when I return w/ 2 Dragon Eyes, it tells me that I am not the Dragonlord yet; I have a choice to attack or to come back.  When I choose to come back; the site disappears, but the Quest is still open to be completed.

The question is if the site will reappear when I complete the quest (I'm assuming I need to complete researching Dancing w/ Dragons)

I haven't gotten to it when .952 came out.

When a sovereign surrenders to me and becomes my vassal; all the cities under his/her rule disappears.  The lands the cities once occupied cannot be resettled.

IMHO the remaining cities should become neutral cities and produce defensive units.  Or that the lands former resources are available again for new settlements again.
