Some of these might be obsolete with the new patch, but figured I'd report them anyway:
Bugs
Tactical Combat - when a unit is below a spell, the tool-tip flashes to that unit rather than the spell. Can be troublesome in large battles
Right clicking to move to an unexplored location with an AI unit in it opens a dialog to that AI sovereign. Haven't tested to see if it will let me talk to one I haven't met yet.
Stackable inventory items often show up as having 2 left in the mini-window on the main ui when only one is left
Quest Map item sometimes spawns quest locations that can't be used
Sometimes plains in my territory can get up to 8x movement - possible because of overlapping outposts with stables?
There was a locked death shard in my territory. On game restart, it converted to a life shard, but not until I restarted the game. I have the saved game, but i didn't post it because it's not repeatable on game-restart.
Other Issues
The click & drag interface for the queue is really clumsy. You need to click, hold for sec, then move, rather than a fluid interface that responds quickly.
There are 2 improvements named Monument - might want to differentiate them
Not sure if it's a bug, but conquering a city when improvements near it are in another cities queue don't change the improvements to the newly conquered city's queue
Henchmen trained at high levels at a Fortress don't get perks for those levels
