Delin's stack leaves quest area and attacks my town. I freeze stack and in battle Delin doesnt spawn though when inspecting the incoming stack he was there. I win battle and I get the city enchanement which I place on my starting city as the cost is zero prestige. Delin is marked as dead in the after battle summary though I never fought him.  I subsequently enter quest area which is still colored as a quest. I clear all stacks but Delin wasnt there either. Quest is stuck and uncompletable through end of game.
