Weird lines in Windows menus

Hi there; I have noticed that several WindowBlinds skins work just fine on my HP desktop - except for one really kind of annoying thing. Many of the skins display just fine until I right-click on a context-sensitive item, like an icon in a File Explorer window. When the menu pops up, there are random lines that appear in various directions and of various lengths (most of them are diagonal). Rolling the mouse cursor from the top of the menu down to the bottom clears the lines, but rolling the mouse cursor back up the menu causes these lines the reappear. The lines do not appear in the start menu or in regular left-click menus (like menus in Chrome, Word, etc.).

Any help or ideas on a fix would be appreciated.

I think he means these: http://forums.wincustomize.com/373558

Make sure you have the latest version of WB' and are using the correct sub-style. I haven't seen that issue for some time now. IIRC,it was worse on Vista.

What OS are you using?

Ditto. I was thinking exactly the same, Wiz.

Have experienced this myself as well.

I've seen that on on several occasions when I was on XP and Vista, but not since Win7.

If I'm not mistaken, it's always been considered "one of those things"

Perhaps copying and pasting the info from the "About" in the WindowBlinds configuration might give more information... what version do you have?

Yes, that other thread (the one I couldn't find before I posted) is exactly what happens. It is on various skins, but usually the same ones. (Thunderstorm never seems to have it happen, but other skins seem to have it happen all the time.)

The latest version is 7.41.1 You should update and see if it helps. You can get the latest version by logging on to the store HERE

or by downloading and installing the new Stardock Central HERE

I updated to 7.41.1 and it didn't seem to fix the problem. Guess I just need to run with skins that don't do it, OR don't right-click on folders in the Explorer menu. (Every other right-click menu works fine; it's just Explorer that acts all bizarre.)
