Have not palyed sins for a while, and noticed that it is 1.34 now (I was 1.32). Anyway, I opening impulse and the game went through the usual udating procedure, and according to impulse I am now at 1.34. However, when running the game it still says I am running 1.32, and for a mod I want to use, in the apps folder there is place for mods for diplomacy 1.34 folder.
Any ideas?
