[Bug #1] - One of my cities has the unfortunate habit of ejecting its entire defending army when it is attacked, leaving just the militia to defend it. The army appears outside the city, I retake the city, but then I of course lose it again since my defenders step out for a smoke when the baddies show up.
[Bug #2] - I have a custom unit that is pretty much a mage on a warg, and the attack animation is all messed up. The projectiles don't come from their wands, but rather from the left hand edge of the screen.
[Bug #3] - Those epic wildlands guardians can get stuck on terrain in tactical battles and can't reach my ranged units. Can confirm that it happens for all of them.
[Bug # 4] - Using "Defend" sometimes forces a 5-10 second delay before the next unit can move.
[Bug # 5] - This has been posted elsewhere, but sometimes the game can stuck when ending a turn on the strategic screen due to what appears to be bad pathfinding. The offending unit will be stuck in their "moving" animation.
[Bug # 6] - Using ranged attacks against enemies behind hills causes the projectiles to travel underground through the hill. No gameplay effect, just a visual bug.
[Bug # 7] - Some issues with the turn order bar in tactical combat. A) doesn't properly display when a unit will have 2 consecutive moves.
Either enemies love passing their turns at the start of battle or they are being placed incorrectly on the bar, because I swear I've seen the entire enemy army pass up their spot when there would be no tactical reason to do so.
[Bug #8] - While fighting the desert guardian (big stone guy, "Grinds Mountains to Stone" or something like that), the battle opens with Titan's Breath. My sovereign was on a Warg, so he didn't get knocked down, yet he couldn't take any action on his turn - all he could do was pass by hitting space bar (the action bar was not even shown).

[Typo # 1] - "Therefore" is misspelled in the "City Location Matters!" loading screen splash
## -- ANNOYANCES -- ##
[Annoyance #1] - Putting the auto-complete combat button in tactical in the bottom right, which is where I think to click when I want to pass or end my turn has resulted in a few accidental auto-resolves.
[Annoyance #2] - No way to see an army's path in strategic view BEFORE issuing the move order. Extra annoying because it seems like pathfinding is "too smart for its own good" by responding to things I can't even see.
[Annoyance #4] - Speaking of strategic map pathfinding, sometimes units will just not move. They'll have MP left, they will have their green path shown, but i hit "End Turn" and nothing happens.
[Annoyance # 4] - Does setting an army's stance to "Guard" consume its movement points? It shouldn't.
And lastly, I know this is a beta, but performance is pretty lousy once things get going, even on my Win7 quad-core rig with 4gb ram and a GTX 460. After about 100 turns I need to switch to cloth-map only or else grab some popcorn for the slideshow.
